Fundamentals of Movement:

Fundamentals of Movement (Aka FOM) is a functional conditioning program that is designed to prepare you, as well as continue maintenance, for any type of movement. The program strengthens joints and builds functional strength in all the ranges of motion we use daily. It is a great program to develop self-awareness in your body as well as learn how to control parts of your body you haven’t used before.


In my other classes I teach various technical skills which are based on the ability you already possess, in other words you just didn’t know you could already do a lot of this stuff. In this class I actually increase your ability to do things and progress to the next level of movement. This class is for all levels from beginners to movers. So if you are a mover and use your body to move, you should be enrolled in this program!
